Trail Angel offers support at three different levels, depending on your goals.

Coaching

If you're looking for personalized guidance as you navigate the changing landscape of educational leadership and instruction, coaching may be the best fit. This is also the easiest and least-costly place to begin, which also makes it the logical starting point. Many leaders and educators will not need additional support beyond this point.

However, if you are interested in further support, that can also be discussed during a coaching session. Additional support options include:

Custom Professional Learning Design

For organizations with unique priorities, I also offer fully customized professional learning design and facilitation tailored to your specific context, goals, and implementation needs.

  • A one-hour Zoom consultation scheduled at your convenience to discuss your goals, challenges, and current AI support and/or professional learning needs. This service includes a personalized follow-up proposal outlining recommended next steps, potential service options, and strategic considerations tailored to your organization.

  • For leaders who desire a single 1:1 meeting after their initial coaching consultation and follow-up resources communication, one-hour sessions provide additional support.

  • A package of three one-hour virtual coaching sessions designed for leaders who need ongoing support beyond the initial consultation. This service provides strategic guidance, implementation planning, troubleshooting, and decision-making support as you refine and lead AI and/or digital transformation efforts within your organization.

  • In this three-hour virtual or onsite professional learning experience, educators will begin designing learning experiences that use AI to deepen student thinking rather than replace it. Participants will engage in hands-on opportunities to co-create meaning with AI while exploring how AI can support brainstorming, questioning, revision, analysis, and reflection without sacrificing student ownership of thinking and learning. Educators will leave with at least one existing task or assignment redesigned to promote critical thinking and responsible AI use with students.

    Onsite Facilitation — $3500 + travel

  • 1-Hour Session Design — Starting at $1,500
    Design of a customized one-hour professional learning session aligned to your organization’s goals, including strategic planning, session structure, and educator-centered implementation recommendations.

    3-Hour Workshop Design — Starting at $2,500
    Development of a half-day professional learning experience designed to support deeper learning, collaborative implementation, and sustainable change.

    6-Hour Full-Day Design — Starting at $3000
    Comprehensive design of a full-day professional learning experience that supports large-scale instructional shifts, strategic implementation, and meaningful educator engagement.
